Praise Assembly Staff
Pastor Petrucci is our Lead Pastor and primary preaching pastor. He currently leads discipleship efforts through a weekly Bible Study and most Sunday morning services. His style of preaching is expositional and he has just completed a 10 year journey through the entire Bible.
Assistant Pastor/Interim Youth Pastor
Pastor Brandon Flanagan has been in full time ministry for over 17 years, acting as Worship Pastor as well as Youth Leader. Having served alongside his father for many years, he's truly developed a Pastor’s heart for people. His ultimate desire is to lead and shepherd people in their walk with Christ.
Pastor Bert Flagstad is a seasoned veteran pastor who has chosen to complement the Praise Assembly pastoral staff with his unique gifts. He is an occasional speaker and teacher at Praise Assembly, is involved in many of the church's activities with his primary responsibility being focused on visitation. Within moments of first meeting Pastor Bert one might assume that his middle name is compassion. He is truly caring, compassionate, and competent.
Children's Ministries Director
Our Kids love Lucie Hale. She is one of the few adults who has as much energy as the most rambunctious kid in High Voltage Kidz Church. Every Sunday morning is filled with high energy worship and praise, interactive messages, and a few surprises in the Children's Chapel. Ms. Lucie's leadership style is not just one of overseeing the volunteers directly involved with weekly teaching, but also jumping in head first, wherever there is a need. We have been truly blessed to have a retention rate among our volunteers, of about 85%. This is a credit not only to the hands-on ministry of Ms. Lucie, but also the quality of the program, and the sincere desire of our leaders to truly impact the kids of this generation.
Director of Media and Communication
Mike grew up in Delaware and after moving all across the country, he’s back at Praise Assembly to work on new media projects for the church. His duties at Praise include connecting people to one another, both inside and outside of the church walls using various forms of media. He comes to us with years of video production experience through his time in the Multi-Media Institute at Oral Roberts University.
